Butch Cassidy and Thelma and Louise: Compare and Contrast Similarities and the Differences

As the women become increasingly hunted and increasingly distraught, they commit more crimes. They blow up the truck of a driver that tries to sexually harass them on the road. With each new incident, they have sealed their fate more grimly and securely than before. In effect, they are doomed, and as the movie progresses, this becomes more and more obvious to the viewer.
Another difference between the two films is in the tone. Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid is a fun movie. The humor is light, and the characters are obviously having fun. Thelma and Louise, on the other hand, are beleaguered and abused. Although
