start-up of solar power plants slow. Start-up cost is a major stalling point, as such plants require installation of costly technologies such as photovoltaic cells. However, the more that solar power becomes utilized, the more trust will be generated within the business community for taking a chance on this technology which has the potential for major advantages, as well as initial disadvantages.
